Securely pack the items in their original derschutze packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship the Package
Print your generated pre-paid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
